Distractions can cost you!

Hey, wasn't that a great rally into the close? Not when you are mostly in short positions.
My fault-someone stopped by - I stopped paying attention - and quickly my three short positions turned from winners into losers. In that 20 minutes--over $120 walked out of my life. It is hard to be rude to people-- to tell them to shut up that I am working and can not be disturbed. A while ago I remember a phone call that took 30 seconds that cost me $50. These are in no way large positions costing me like this. This is the way the market moves now-a-days.
But the lesson is-CONCENTRATE-FOCUS-PAY ATTENTION. Stop trying to be nice and have a conversation while you are trading. So unless you are on the list below-I am not available during market hours. I hate losing days-it means I am a failure.
Long: MSFT, WIT, LLTC, ORCL, SLH, SLT,
Short: GS, POT, GOOG
Other Stuff: My motor came for the a/c. It's the wrong part.

Fantasy Calls: Only one of those names listed actually has my phone number-I think it's cutting into my chances. But if the others tried--They could find out my #--I relish the stalking--makes me think ya actually care.
