The order to sell HAS BEEN CAPPED...I have never seen this before....and while the stock kept falling like a rock I don't have a clue of what is happening.
More about FN ....because you really did have advanced notice about this and could have pulled out with a profit.....check that volume spike....looking for a bounce off the trend line was a bad call
